Meeroo On A Stick

Meeroo On A Stick rerun from july 6 2011:

Requested by Miso, Talia and Whiskey in Twitter today,  I got inspired to create a Meeroo barbeque recipe.

Miso (on Twitter): -still soliciting recipes for The Meeroo Gourmet Cookbook…it is a followup to
my infamous early-internet-days “Endangered Species Cookbook” :D 

Miso asks herself two important questions: -There are two firm questions when encountering a new
species undiscovered before: 1. Is it tasty? 2. Will it blend?

Then Talia came up with a bright idea; -How about Meeroo on a Stick? Everything tastes better on a stick. 

But i got trouble with the sauce. So here u go, Meeroo au naturel on a stick, yummie?

Thanks sweet Lea! But maybee a bit dry? They need some sauce i think. Hope Miso comes up with something for her “Endangered Species Cookbook”

Sauces and presentations are, of course, very dependent on the type of meal to be served. What will work for an informal barbecue or picnic is not appropriate to a formal dinner of 7 courses.

Not to mention selecting the proper wine!

As for Meeroo-on-a-stick, properly basting the Meeroo will eliminate that “flame-cooked dryness.”
